Here are some of the decorations I have in the garage:

1) Rear bumper cover from the Saleen/Allen RRR Racing Mustang, fished out of the trash at Laguna Seca in 1997. This was the result of a collision between the Mustang and a Porsche 911 GT1 driven by Thierry Boutsen.

2) Restored Pontiac Rally II wheel with original redline bias ply spare tire. On an original tire stand.

3) Vintage Hot Wheels track sets in original boxes on top of cabinets.

4) Various enamel signs (reproductions)

One I have made is a clock out of a fairing from a Honda Magna (motorcycle), by adding a clock in the space where the headlight would normally go.

I also have a NASCAR tire from the 1997 season. It was kind of a hassle to bring back from the track, but it is a nice conversation piece.

Darn, I should have hung on to my old 1946 A. O. Smith gas pump that I was going to restore.

It ended up going to a petroliana collector, so I guess it went to a good home.

Yep, should'a...mine's a 50's A. O. Smith....looks a lot different than the photo now but still a ways to go before its finished. then, I'm thinking about building an island & covered parking space in front of my garage's porch - sorta like an old filling station....plus, it'll give my wife a covered place to park her car as my garage is full of MG's!

You need some old signs for the front porch.

If you get reproduction signs, a few bullet holes and rust will make them look authentic.

Just got an old Royal Crown thermometer that somebody shot the Mercury vial...gonna hang it on porch.

If I ever get around to the outside again, gonna add a covered parking plaze with gas pump island...will then decorate like an old country gas station.....benn traveling around taking photos of some.
