Very nice place indeed. I live about 5 miles from there and have watched the total development of this project. The city and the track get along real well. There are about 4-5 trackside houses built or being built right now. Private drive from houses to paddock area. For the average person, buying and building the house and lifetime dues are going to be a killer.
